I’ve heard it all, and it made me avoid many situations. But doing that only led to me bottling up my emotions and not setting healthy boundaries.
Everything changes when I learned that feelings are a part of being human, and are there to keep us connected and aligned with our needs. I now know that being a person close and connected to your feelings is something wonderful as well as powerful.
